I have profound feeling to see my well-thought idea becoming a shape.

Q1.What motivated you to decide joining TATENO MACHINERY.

The accounting department’s general manager is my relative, and he suggested me “Why don’t you try design work”.As I was studying at the university of technology, I was very interested in joining the company.

Q2.What are your future [dream and goal]？

Now I can only design basic parts, but I wish I can do the design of complicated parts and the configuration of machine all by myself.

Q3.Please give a message to junior fellows considering to work in the manufacturing industry.

You can draw any thing with any shape in the drawing, but that doesn’t mean that all of them can be processed.That is why, if you are thinking of working as the mechanical designer, not only the knowledge of how to draw a mechanical drawing but also the knowledge of processing will be necessary.

I want to spread our machines all over the world.

Q1.What is your current job assignment, and what is the point you find challenging?

I am involved in the processing by NC lathe as well as research and sample processing using our in-house product - glass processing machine.

Q2.What are your future [dream and goal] ?

After experiencing overseas business trip, I learned the pleasure of working in different culture.My goal is to be engaged in many overseas works in future.

Q3.Please give a message to junior fellows considering to work in the manufacturing industry.

It is exciting to see the process of materials becoming parts and parts becoming products. A material becomes a part, and a part becomes a product. Manufacturing industry is luring because the work of making with your own hands is fun.Please experience it yourself and find out yourself the pleasure and the sense of accomplishment.

I feel rewarding and the sense of accomplishment when we completed the part that responded to the needs of the customer.

Q1.What do you think [This is wonderful!] about joining TATENO MACHINERY?

As all the works including design, manufacture and assembly are done in-house in cozy working environment, we can immediately consult the appropriate specialist for any doubts and technical questions, allowing all of us to find solutions together.

Q2.Please give a message to junior fellows considering to work in the manufacturing industry

If you have anything you don’t understand or any doubts, don’t try to find the answer alone; consult your colleagues and senior staffs to lead to the solution. And, also deal with any matter with the sense of improvement.

I have a lot of opportunities to get involved in the latest technologies and products, so there are a lot of exciting works.

My respectful grandfather is the founder of TATENO MACHINERY, and I was interested in his business from childhood. Besides, it is the company that has many chances of experiencing overseas works.

Q2.What do you think [This is wonderful!] about joining TATENO MACHINERY?

Even if you have inexperienced job assignment, our senior staffs will explain to you politely.Right after I joined the company, I thought it was a wonderful thing to be in an environment where you can easily ask questions.

Q3.Please give a message to junior fellows considering to work in the manufacturing industry.

Unlike the hard impression imagined from the word “Manufacturing industry” in the past, the environment where you can concentrate on work is available with the improvements of working environment in recent years. When you joined the company, please experience it and get inspired.
