TCH-2KS-TL3型

It is the horizontal type automatic centering machine suitable for processing of car-mount lenses made of hard material with high load.The measures are taken to solve the problem of chipping due to the unique shape of car-mount lenses.It performs processing of outer circumference and slope removal of lenses and flat glasses. Workpieces are transported by XY robot and processed by [fully automatic] operation.It is capable of processing not only round shape but also different-shaped workpieces by simply selecting pictorial figure and entering numeral at touch panel.
