This machine is designed for small- to medium-diameter flat glass workpieces and employs a structure that clamps the workpiece securely from both the top and bottom during processing.
Thanks to the upper and lower clamping mechanism, the workpiece remains stably held even under machining loads, enabling high-efficiency, cycle time–conscious machining while maintaining high processing accuracy.
Workpieces are supplied via a flat-type pallet loading system, with a maximum capacity of up to 12 pallet tiers, supporting continuous and efficient mass production.
As an NC machine, it offers a high level of flexibility for size changes and machining condition settings, with simple and quick setup changeovers.
This allows the machine to accommodate a wide range of production requirements, from high-volume mass production to small-lot, high-mix manufacturing, as well as single workpiece processing.
The machine is an automatic processing system composed of X, Z, and C axes.
